We will be providing you with access to 2 API’s. The first API will enable you to verify an ID number and the second API will compare your selfie image against a golden source to ensure you are who you say you are. We have also included a third API which must be used to authenticate yourself when calling these API’s.

Please refer to our Sponsor Channel on Slack to download the .yaml file which contains all the details regarding the 3 API’s. You can use SwaggerHub or Notepad++ to view the file.

You can use Postman to test the API’s as part of your development. The Postman Collection can be imported into Postman using the following link:

Please download the Postman App from https://www.postman.com/downloads/ and install the App. Once done, select the ‘Import’ menu item, select ‘link’, and point to the above URL. You are well on your way. Lastly, authentication is important, please refer to our Sponsor Channel on Slack where you can download a .pdf document containing the username, password and organisation_code required to call our API’s. We also require you to use your registered e-mail address as part of the Token generation process. Again, all details are on Slack.
